      Pros

      Good people working together creates a lot of job satisfaction. Shermco has a real drive to solve customers problems, make some money and still have some fun. Rapidly growing company affords many opportunities for advancement. Solid reputation in the industry and a great CEO who started here as a technician, so he gets it. Very fair compensation and benefits are pretty much in line for the industry, but there are a lot of small perks that really help.

      Cons

      Biggest con is quite a bit of travel, but that comes with any industrial service job. The plus is that it does pay well....

      Pros

      Shermco requires ALL employees to practice high safety standards and backs it up with extensive training. This company is the real deal and has delivered as promised. Proper safety and and testing equipment are provided.

      Cons

      Sometimes the overtime can get heavy but I knew that going in. It seems we work most holidays but that's the nature of the business. My boss will let me off if needed.
