Pros

Great company culture. Lots of opportunities to move up in the company if you are willing to move around.

Cons

Not the best paying but not the worst paying either. You will work quite a bit.

Partial WFH, good benefits, great 401k match & other supplemental income. Additional benefits unlock the higher you go in the company. Company promotes movement to keep things fresh.

Cons

There can be a lot of travel depending on what projects are being worked on and what phase that project is in.
