I took this position believing it was designed to give me an accelerated career path with advancement options. I was wrong, beyond store manager there really isn’t any opportunity for progression without prior experience or being in the position for a number of years. On top of that, the bonus pay is laughable. If your a person that likes to get after it and make a change this is not for you.
