Pros

Great pay for hard work Great schedule Fun Its physical You feel accomplished. Always new stuff to learn

Cons

Its like being in High school with all the drama... everyone who you trade off with for the following shift complain about doing even the bare minimum but then complain to supervisors about you no matter how much you do and how clean you leave it for them and then they purposely leave things in a giant mess for you to clean up to "teach you a lesson" and there's a lot of folks that have been there forever (again. It really is a great job) but they're rude, and won't help you. They complain about everything. And it just really feels a lot like high school so just keep your head down and you're good to go.
