This is a good company to join as an intern when you first graduate college and move through the chain to assistant manager y manager and beyond. Great Pay Great Benefits Depending on the region- great leadership and management. From what I remember, most leadership I made contact with was professional and fair. I think this company does a good job at hiring good people.

Cons

If you give this job your all, you will be working over 40 hours a week in management rolls-it can be stressful and draining.
