Pros

The pay and benefits were great. The balance between work/life was great, I was attending Tri-C college at the time of employment they would lwork with my classes schedule when creating my work schedule! I was extremely satisfied with the coworkers, bosses etc, and I was also satisfied with the learning opportunities as an employee in the warehouse!

Cons

They didn't have many full time opportunities for me to advance too it took years to advance to full time.

Pros

A lot of great people to work with, room for growth

Cons

Favoritism, poor HR department, over need to diversify passing qualified candidates to meet criteria. Pay not enough.

Pros

You get a sort of freedom from corporate pressure since you're in your own store. Whether or not your manager will be good is a toss up. They've been great in my experience but I've heard horrors. Paid lunch. Not many pros

Cons

They are currently on a freezing hire in some districts. This means every store is understaffed and overworked. Corporate is using a cost cutting strategy since they can't think of valid ways to make money. Bonuses are like a carrot on a stick. Just make it through the day and if youre lucky you'll get some pocket change at the end of the day.
