      Pros

      Decent salary. Great benefits. Very, very stable company. Plenty of room for advancement if you want to move all over the country at the drop of a dime every 2 years.

      Cons

      Sherwin Williams is a very, "what are you doing for me now company." You will work very long hours (48 min you're required to be at the store). There will be high demands and you will have to answer if you don't achieve in front of your peers. Stores are extremely short staffed, (which is why managers are expected to work more than 48 hours to effectively achieve budget).

      Pros

      Sherwin has great benefits such a 401k plan and upward mobility. The CEO is forward thinking and has company growing profit each year

      Cons

      I felt sometimes like a degree and prior work experience should have me elsewhere than retail. I also wanted to work in an industry I felt was more compatible with my knowledge.

      Pros

      SW provides a good salary and benefits. Hours were good at corporate office. Plenty of extra training if you want it. A lot of good people to work with. Tuition assistance is great. I know several people who have earned their degrees or masters degrees while working here.

      Cons

      Some managers are not qualified to have people working for them. They don't have a clue what the people they manage actually do, nor do they have the people skills to effectively manage and retain employees.
