Pros

You start out at more than minimum wage. Working hours aren't too shabby. You do get a yearly pay increase.

Cons

$0.32 raise every year. No benefits to part time workers. Don't hire enough employees for the amount of work that needs to be done. Overtime is highly discouraged.

Pros

If you're fresh out of college, want to live in Cleveland and want a company to grow with, then this might be a good option.

Cons

ZERO work-life balance and over micro-managed by a under qualified supervisor that has no previous leadership skills. Upper Management was OK, but lower management is a mess.
