Pros

Decent pay and Benefits. SW is a strong stable company with room for advancement if you are willing to relocate.

Cons

Not the worst entry level job in the world, but would not recommend making a career out of it unless you love sales. As a assistant store manager you can expect to be over worked with little assistance due to staff's being stretched thin and stores opened long hours. Expect to work a lot of weekends including until 6pm on Sunday. Lots of stress dealing with crazy customers.
