They train you hard and you will learn alot about paint products and accessories that you would have never known anywhere else.

Listen to this if you want a honest opinon about what you are about to get yourself into. Managament only cares about one thing, money, they do not care about the employee at all. They do not listen to the MTs concerns but give all the power to the store managers and if they treat you like dirt Sherwin just expects you to dust it off (this is a trial run so if they black list you your just SOL.) Also be ready to be on your feet for 10 straight hours with no breaks if the store is busy. It is exhausting and than you have to get up and do it all over again at 5am. If you want the truth, find a better company, because they do not care about you at this one. Want the truth, find a better company that cares about you and your growth. This is a sink or swim job and a very, "you better keep quiet about issues," job.
