      With the right crew and the right contractors it can be decent The pay is above average for a retail position They're helpful towards newbies in the paint business You get to know your coworkers and the contractors pretty well

      Cons

      The store is open 7 days a week with no down time You are forced into becoming a keyholder immediately with meager benefits but major downsides Stores are down in number and need more people to help run them The Wrong manager can completely tank your experience The color match machine needs to be improved pronto
