Pros

hires within company and there is room for a career and good pay if you go through management training program. On job training about products and more simpler better training modules than in 2012 , room for growth if you provide numbers and work ethic. 401K for all employees , retirement guaranteed for people who stay until retirement age , management and district positions and up are guaranteed health benefits

Cons

Pits stores and sales reps against each other to produce results in sales and # ,doesn't promote store to store cooperation ,busy stores don't have a lunch break culture. no benefits for part timers -just a 401k that all goes into stock in the company. can be taxing on the body to mix paint and lift over 250lbs of paint regularly , no career advancement if you are a color specialist.
