Not a terrible job but nearly impossible to get full time
Pros
On the road most the time Low stress most the time 98% of the coworkers are cool Short hours Steady schedule Good retirement if you get FT and put in money Promote within
Cons
Lifting heavy buckets of paint when not driving Sometimes deal with rude contractors Vague directions on the device, or no contact info so you can't get a hold of customer when you arrive. Some managers make you do side missions so your routes take longer Some managers expect you to help out in the store if its a slow day for driving, but won't help you out when you're busy and the store isn't Sometimes lazy co workers Hard to get full time or benefits without transferring stores Upper management is out of touch Will work you 6 days a week, but still 40 hours so they don't pay OT Part timers can work 5 days a week at 25 hours
