Pros

I've been with the company for about it so far so good. I think this position varies on location, based on the area and sales volume. Some locations I have assisted at Seem a little understaffed for the volume of sales. While others are much slower and can be a bit boring

Cons

Seem a little understaffed for the volume of sales. While others are much slower and can be a bit boring

Corporate is Boss

Pros

Depending on the store and employees you work with your schedule can be flexible and easy to switch with others. This is a good job for college students as every store I worked for always worked with my class schedule.

Cons

Corporate controls everything. They have a weird end of the year hours worked per week average that controls how much you work. So for example they may work you 30 hours a week during the summer but in order to average out at say 12 hours a week looking at the year they drastically cut your hours later.
