Pros

The company benefits are amazing and the in store staff are friendly, cohesive, and all around great coworkers. The training is very extensive and will leave you able to answer almost any question a customer throws at you. In that vain the handyman-like skills you gain at this company are helpful even outside of work.

Cons

The corporate level management is absolutely abysmal and have a compulsive habit of sacrificing the physical and financial well being of their store level employees to make an extra nickel. There are simply not enough employees and positions in a store to properly balance customers and store tasks which creates a constant feeling of being stretched too thin.

- Hauling pails of paint all day either by hand or dolly - Having to haul all those pails in the hot dry days - Using the truck with no aux plug-in..
