- Terrible management, too much favoritism. It’s like walking on eggshells there. - Labor management system is not accurate - you will get production points which lead to write ups then job loss. - LMS creates a hazardous environment as ALL employees struggle to keep up with the system. People worry more about numbers than their surroundings, others, etc. - Their turnover ratio is high for a reason, that’s why they bump up the pay. Good luck making it here.
