Pros
Depends on which store your placed at , if the manager is good , you’ll succeed, but if you have a lazy manager which is most of them , then you’ll life will be hell,hours are good if your looking for overtime , bonus structure as well
Cons
majority managers are young with little to no management experience,sometimes they don’t even bother to step out of their office and will blame You for everything, if you know how to speak Spanish then you’ll be hired on the spot, which is kind of racism
