Not worth the time

Pros

Some locations can be pretty laid back and casual.

Cons

PT staff don't get enough hours, are underpaid, and there are very little FT positions below management. Management expected PT employes to perform keyholder duties with no additional compensation. District management and above don't care about anyone below SM/ASM level, and the good SMs and ASMs are overworked, with a mandatory *minimum* 44 hours per week. Turnover is sky high, and completely inexperienced new grads are moved into management positions with lightening speed, over hard working, experienced, long term employees. Time theft is rampant, and DMs play favorites.
