      - Easily promoted - Interesting work - Building of relationships

      Cons

      - Can feel like a pawn - Stores are set up to compete against each other - If customers learn the game, they can play and pit you against each other (stores/employees)

      Good Entry Level Job!

      Pros

      Did the management trainee program. I had a great training store and then was transferred to a small store in the district. You learn a lot in a small period of time and its a great way to get your foot in the door at Sherwin or get management experiance to purse your career else where. Upper management is great to work for and they have been very supportive of me.

      Cons

      Its a retail job so will not have the best hours. Open 7 days a week and from 7am-7pm weekdays. Not many days off your first year but increases greatly after you complete one full year with the company.
