Pros

people, environment/culture, benefits, promotion from within It's great seeing people that have been with the company for 20+ years, it's really a testament to the company and it's direction. Under the current CEO, the company is on the right course.

Cons

paying for parking everyday is not ideal, but you'll get that in any city

Pros

Starting out it was a great experience. Co-workers were a pleasure to be around, never minded coming to work every day, management looked out for you.

Cons

Store staffing has been drastically reduced to 3 people per store AND increasing store hours, forcing employees to work alone. This has become a security issue for current employees, not to mention little to no life/work balance since all stores are now open from 7-7 (with rumors of soon to become 7-8). Furthermore, current employees are denied a promotion despite having years of experience with the company. They would rather someone fresh from college with no experience in retail whatsoever.
