      Pros

      -Competitive Pay with great benefits. -Advancement opportunities from within are endless. Growth is up to you. The more you perform and sell, the more options you have. -Working with a group of genuine, hard working, & great people. -Company in good standing and has been around since the 1800's -Continuing education options within the company

      Cons

      -Sometimes work/life balance is difficult -Without a college degree advancement is slower -Morale with lower level employees is abysmal -Uniforms unflattering for females -Manual labor a must -Clientele can be rough at times -Too conservative of a culture

      Pros

      Sherwin Williams offers a low salary to store level management when compared to industry standards, but it can very lucrative IF you exceed their hard to attain budgets.

      Cons

      Sherwin Williams does support their employees as a whole. Their upper management choices favorites and these individuals have higher salaries and are given larger more frequent raises. The privileges that these select few are handed have nothing to do with actual P&L results or the stores sales volume.

      Pros

      - Competitive salary. - Good benefits. - Decent training period.

      Cons

      - LONG hours. - No work/life balance. - Upper-management worked in the store in the 1980's when paint was flying out the doors. Sales goals are ridiculous. - I've met rocks smarter than my district manager. - Painters in general. - The constant price increases. - It's all politics; people are selected for jobs even before there posted for internal employees.
