Pros

The hours are flexible, starting pay was decent, and management was friendly

Cons

First few weeks of the job were made making deliveries of paint or picking some up. Management didn't want paint orders messed up so new recruits would spend time in a truck or helping customers with one or two gallon orders. Not much training, but mess up and ask for help.

Pros

Career growth and opportunities are abundant with the Sherwin-Williams Company. Takes care of their employees, and puts emphasis on personal development.

Cons

Though there is great opportunities, for growth, there is a specified career path that no one is allowed to deviate from, unless it is force to meet company hiring goals. Can take 2 years in position to gain promotion.
