Pros

Good exposure to new technologies. Ample room to grow in terms of deploying initiatives internationally. Very difficult to be fired. Lots of opportunity to work without supervision.

Cons

Below average benefit package. Average salaries. Little room for decisions. Management has little to no experience on international deployments which result in mismanaged projects. A lot of emphasis on caring for the employees but there is little effort by the company to actually implement this message.

Pros

Pretty nice salary, laid back atmosphere, can advance pretty quickly if you do your job well, fun teams

Cons

Sexual harassment issues if you are a female (although once a complaint is made they handle the situation pretty quickly), customers that bring in a lot of business are allowed to treat you as poorly as they choose, many more hours than what they tell you.
