Pros

- Great management at company, really care about your well-being - One of the best training programs in industry - Pay was fair and all driving/mileage expenses were covered

Cons

- A lot of downtime, but that's too be expected at most internships - Must start from ground up in retail stores in order to move up, can take a long time

Pros

Good Benefits, Some of the people were ok

Cons

Very unsafe enviroment, no ventialtion in the mixing rooms where product is made, Ran out of saftey supplies at least once a month, No vacation time at all, they give it to you but it has to be put in 2 months in advanced and even then it will still get denied. The store I was in needed tanks for their raw materials but instead everything was weighed up by hand, about 1000-2000 gallons at a time all by hand. The turn over rate was about 18 months for all warehouse personel. That includes the CDL drivers.
