      Going Downhill...still a chance to recover

      Pros

      Benefits, Work relationships (because we battle the stress together), possible total compensation (bonuses), possibility for advancement (if you're willing to pick up your family and move)

      Cons

      LOOONG hours (not 44-48 you get paid for, more like 55+ and not being compensated because over time is "not allowed"), VERY stressful environment, unrealistic requirements, short staffed stores, MICROMANAGEMENT in EVERY aspect of your job, spend more time logging "lead generations calls" than actually making sales, just has become a big joke

      Business and sales experience for resume building.

      Cons

      Long hours, holidays, weekends. Impossible goals. Work alone, short handed all the time. Lunch is rare. No time to achieve what needs to be done. Not enough staff to properly assist customers the way the company instills in you.

      Company is focused on excellance in all areas: quality products, customer satisfaction, prompt and curtious service. They offer great benefits and an excellant manager tranining program. They are located nationwide so relocation opportunities are a possiblity.

      Cons

      Sometimes in large companies, streamlining is enivitable to maintain the bottom line.
