Pros

Laid back work environment. Friendly co-workers Easy schedules

Cons

80% of your customers don't have high school diplomas, yet demand they know more than you. You will not advance unless you have a college degree. There are no "interviews" for promotions; They know who's getting the job before it's posted. Store sales, not your performance, equate to your raises. Senior Management wants you to work harder, but also cuts your hours in thanks. Again, you will NOT advance here unless you have a degree. You are just a sales monkey who works until you have had enough, then they simply replace you.

Pros

The ability to learn new things. They do care about the employees and strive to make sure that everyone is working in a safe environment.

Cons

I don't think that they treat the employees the same, there tends to be an inconsistency in the way the approach different employees. While they provide a good working environment they don't always communicate with the employees, and the management tends to do different things depending on the situation.
