Pros

Global brand with training provided for each team member.

Cons

Like any corporate job it takes awhile to move up. Unfortunately, it all depends on your territory and manager. You need to always be fishing for new positions.

Pros

Easy to be hired. Simple interview. Standard working hours.

Cons

Bad people management. Managers do not have any emphaty towards workers especially juniors executive. No orientation for new hire. No training given for the job. Everything have to be learned on the go and seniors executive was not helpful instead finding mistakes of the juniors and put them down. I personally feel so drained and this place killed qmy spirit. Bad company culture will minimum benefits while at the same time expecting the employee to put the extra “miles”. Highly not recommended for people who have bigger goals in life. But if you like a routine job with stable minimum income. You are welcome here.
