Pros

it was nice to have a job that put emphasis on being friendly, and to deal with many regulars. i would reccomend this job if you get a kick out of having and sharing knowledge about really specific things you also save money by working there, no need to go to the gym afterward.

Cons

inevitably you'll be caught between taking it too seriously and deep down thinking it's all BS. upper management was very unsupportive and that's why i quit

Pros

People that you work in-store with are incredibly helpful, great to learn from.

Cons

Everyone has to work in the store (at least) as an assistant manager before moving up in the company. Even though you are considered a "Sales Intern," you are more of a sales associate in-store.
