      My store gets weekends off.

      Been at Sherwin Williams for almost 5 years now and have not moved up at all. The only people who move up are MTP and thats about it.

      Great Training Program learning a lot about business and every day operations great co workers good pay for a college grad

      Cons

      long hours (44 or 48 a week as a manager) a lot of knowledge and responsibility product knowledge is crucial and very grueling
