Pros

Great Benefits, Good Corporate support, Financially sound brick and mortor company. Good reputation for quality, service and warranty. Upper management is very honest and ethical.

Cons

New management team was always in panic mode and did not know the business. New Management seems to be getting rid of older experienced workers and promoting younger employees from other divisions. Salary does not reflect where employees are based. SW is not competitve enough within the industry. Upper management has lost sight of how a particular division is treating employees.

Pros

This company has excellent benefits, a great work environment, good opportunities for advancement, and in general is a very good place to work.

Cons

Some of the upper management can be a bit elitist at times and somewhat unresponsive or inconsiderate of the lower level employees. In times when we are experiencing sales decline, it seems to make more sense to make the frontline stronger rather than adding some unnecessary overhead at the corporate level.
