Pros

Hired on straight out of college into their management program. Good Salary Little to no interference from upper management on day to day operations

Cons

Turnover. Retail- Open 7-7 every day plus weekends.

Pros

The pay is fair once you become an assistant manager or higher. Work stability. 44 hours as an assistant, 48 as a store manager. Benefits are okay.

Cons

The politics of corporate America. Hard work and having a good work ethic can only get you so far.. It then becomes a game of "it's not what you know, but rather who you know." All the stores are running pretty lean, especially the smaller stores.
