Pros

Great raining and awesome support staff. The training is thorough and you will fully understand your job function after it is over.

Cons

Sometimes the customers can be a pain in the blank. Once you get over that it is pretty smooth sailing.

develop business skills, interpersonal skills, profit and loss report experience. Learn alot about painting, staining, and other home improvement skills.

Cons

long hours, pay is not sufficient to the amount of work you put in, weekends are a must work for assistant managers .

solid company with long history of growth, the company has many divisions to chose a career in.location all over the world

Cons

the company does not have a well defined bonus plan or career advancement guide. upper management relies on regional and area sales mgr. who spend little time in the field for the pulse of the industry.
