Pros

The work within a store setting is a great first experience. The pay is good for students. Staff within the stores are great people, and a lot of fun to work with (most of the time),

Cons

Long and tough hours, especially during the summer. Technology is 15-20 years behind the times. Skills do not transfer well to other industries. Gap between stores and district.

Pros

Employees are given a very good benefits package. Starting salary is good for right out of school.

Cons

The higher the position that you hold the less you are rewarded for your harder work. Salaries do not increase with added responsibility or proven proformance.
