Pros

Business relationships and networking. Sales development and employee training

Cons

Stores are consistently overworked and understaffed, with little recognition from district leadership. There appears to be favoritism among peers and a lack of loyalty toward long-tenured employees. Sales goals and budget expectations are unrealistic and disconnected from store level realities. You will feel like you don’t matter and they don’t care.
