Pros

At the time, there was a good staff with mostly new workers but a few experienced employees with good product knowledge. This job require constant lifting and moving of 1 and 5 gallon buckets which keeps employees active. The work involves doing everything including tinting, checkout, product knowledge, loading, etc., except for managerial tasks.

Cons

Some downsides can include the store itself. Emporia is not the most busy store so there can be times when not many customers come in. In addition clothes will consistently get dirty from paint and stain products.

Cons

Sherwin is heavily understaffed. So there will be times at some stores that managers will work crazy hours and as a part timer you will be left alone. Also really bad customers at times with contractors

The staff there is very kind. The environment is welcoming. They do very well with training. I am also the delivery driver which is handled very professionally
