Pros

Cons

No work/life balance No raises No matching 401k, they turn it on and off at will Work 9-5, noon lunch. If you need to arrive later or leave early you need to request it and schedule the time off Horrible CEO, Heidi $25M in 2025 and no accountability for poor performance RTO is horrible policy Not treated like adults Lack much parking as well as very expensive VPs up get all the perks, forget anyone else I went from loving SW to disliking it all in a year.
