Pros

Long term benefits, 401k match and pension. Slightly above average salary with the chance to make a decent amount in bonus quarterly and yearly.

Cons

Long hours, often working by yourself completely for a good portion of the day. Limited part time help ensuring you and your assistant often to cover store hours. Sale expectations are often unrealistic, double digit increases year over year is the norm.

Pros

Good benefits (I had to type a minimum of 5 words)

Cons

Micromanaged, understaffed, promotions are only given to predetermined candidates, management is harsh and condescending, and the list goes on. Bottom line...this use to be a good company to work for. They are more focused on the stock price and not the employee.

Pros

Scheduled days off during the week, pay is ok.

Cons

Our Manufacturing facility is paid $3 per hour lower than all the other facilities. Selfish management! No cost of living raise.
