Pros
When I first started with the company, the store Manager AND area manager at the time compensated my salary based on my performance handsomely, and was very supportive towards career advancement. Great benefits, great hours, great customer interactions. If you have proven to be a asset to the company they will work around your schedule.
Cons
New management makes a huge difference. With current economy costs the salary compensation is low considering if you have a family, inflation is continuously rising, and current new store management/ and area management does not guide/or support career advancement. If management does not like you, they will attempt finding any reason to fire you unless you can defend/protect yourself.
