Pros

Office work / manual labor was a great mix to the job keeping it entertaining

Cons

The new CEO is making horrible changes to the company, cutting 401k, and lately there has been changes with how they hire up. They have lost their old model in which helped retain the veteran workers that actually knew what they were doing and talking about, and instead half of the customers I get are constantly complaining about how other stores/employees have no clue what they are talking about. The “Ask sherwin williams” motto can no longer be trusted
