Pros

Great health benefits! Dollar for dollar matching funds to contribute towards a 401K deposit. Credit Union. Various discounts from affiliated companies. Top notch industry and retail training. Fantastic opportunities both career wise and financially if you are a top producer.

Cons

LOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooong hours. 12-14 hour days, no entitlement to breaks or meals.Work weeks can be 6-7 days consistantly. Condescending upper and middle management. Constant threats by middle management to get the store staff to produce more with less. Corporate politics/clicks rule the middle and upper management in this company.

Pros

If your a minority or a woman , then your golden. If you bust your tail and dont get shafted by upper management then you have the ability to make bonus.

Cons

NO family life at all. You get hours off not days. You have no staff and are alone alot. All non fulltime employees are completely cut on hours so if you had a good employee they quit because Connor,Davidson, and other big wigs care more about their wallet than employees. LOOOOOONG hours for a paint store. Lack of pay for required job.

Pros

Great "stepping stone" for a real career later. Very structured, lots of support, but micromanaged. Decent benefits.

Cons

Unreasonable demands consumarate to the compensation. 60-70 hour work weeks are quite common during the summer months. This is essentially a retail management position so you work weekends, holidays, etc...
