401k match, flexible work schedule (remote days), job security, coworkers are friendly and enjoyable to be around, medical benefits are good
Cons
Management is lacking communication, old technologies/a non-innovative culture, little direction in terms of long-term plans (what will you be doing within a year?), often needing to ask for more work, vacation and PTO isn't great, only 4 weeks paid maternal leave (no paid paternal leave), old school
