Some projects are inspiring (Google, Apple, Government...). Has an amazing marketing machine. Most succeed to there potential once they leave the firm.

Cons

Only trust those that are close to you. Upper management lacks integrity and ability to follow through (even with each other).

Staff is hard working. Management cares and takes time to listen to our opinions and needs.

Cons

Some management is hard to handle in that they are control freaks and want things done exactly the way they want them. It's hard to handle in reviews and meetings.
