      Pros

      Great mission, especially with what is happening in Europe, I feel like the work I'm doing is so important and I am making a difference helping to save lives. Fantastic office culture, free lunches, snacks, keg on tap, espresso and gym passes! Opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

      Cons

      The work is challenging and there are some long nights. It's an intense workload but it is a startup and the grind is needed.

      Never expected to find a culture like this in the corporate world. Leadership cares about their people and mission they set a high bar on performance. The products are game-changing and the talent is world-class. For people who are or want to be elite, this company is the place to be.

      Cons

      The tempo is not for everyone. Shield AI is determined to create the world's best AI pilot and that requires abnormally high levels of energy and work ethic.

      There aren’t any other than the fact the company valuation will continue to rise even if it doesn’t reflect their actual capability.

      Cons

      Managers will absolutely retaliate against you for voicing concerns. Everyone is back stabbing in leadership. They will hire subject matter experts and ignore them due to their own internal egos.
