      Becoming more corporate has pros and cons

      Pros

      - the people - the products - strong benefits

      Cons

      - becoming very corporate and bloated with Directors, Sr Directors, and VPs that then need to hire teams to do the actual work most of these leaders are coming from Splunk, feels more like Shield AI was acquired by Splunk (for better and for worse)

      Pros

      Very thorough process, with great communication of each stage within that process. Opportunity to meet key stakeholders in the interview, discuss company culture, role objectives and life at Shield AI. The site, the operation and most importantly, the people really impressed me. The team were passionate about the product and the company. Even through the limited time I spent in the interview process, I bought into the culture and can't wait to be part of it.
