      Remote work and supportive team members

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Expects 80 hour work weeks. Upper management doesn't care about individual contributors. Product management is incompetent. Priorities are all over the place.

      Great People, Great Culture. Typical startup environment where if you believe in the mission.

      Cons

      Work Life Balance is terrible. Long hours are praised despite regard for actual output. Poor Communication between IC Level and Upper Management. Low Salary.

      Pros

      Work that can be done is great. Infrastructure and office is very nice.

      Cons

      Engineers advanced to management lack emotional maturity and tact. Engineers are talented but have a big head and can be condescending. Not a place to seek growth, there is no mentorship here. It's each person for themselves. Can have false sense of urgency at times.
