- Company is employee focused, extremely. - $5,500 training/education allowance - $600 physical fitness allowance - annual profit sharing - multiple activities throughout the year that are actually fun to go to (adults and families) - Top of the line healthcare at no cost to employee - too many to list.

Cons

I honestly can't think of one.
