      Pros

      At other companies, I was just another member of the proletariat. At Shield, I feel like an invested part of a family. Company functions feel like getting together with friends and there are always dates circled on my calendar that I'm looking forward to - the cruise to Bermuda was epic fun!

      Pros

      Salaries are very competitive, great benefits, and awesome company outings and events.

      Cons

      The OCD of the office staff can be a little annoying, but they just need us to make sure we get our data/timesheets to them so they can do their jobs

      Amazing Benefits, Wonderful Management

      Pros

      The benefits are amazing. Heath, Dental, and Vision are 100% paid for by the company and that covers you and your family. The salaries are competitive. There are numerous bonuses for work achievements, certifications, and referrals. The management is very open and responsive to employees. HR is polite, proactive, and fast to respond to questions. There are many different opportunities within the company, and they work with employees when there is a desire for a career change or want to try something new.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working here.
