      Pros

      Good and steady work environment unlike other highly competitive Japanese companies. Salary is on a middle higher end of the scale. Not an aggressive M&A company. Noble prize winner in the company means a lot for tech company promotion.

      Cons

      Released products are all commodity items so one could say the company is not an innovative but trend follower.
