Good company to start a career in pharmaceutical industry

Benefits were good, especially insurance. Education for new employee is also good. I think this company is good starting place as a career in pharmaceutical industry.

Cons

Not much pipeline for new product. Operation between US and Headquarter in Japan is not much harmonized in some departments.
