Pros

'unlimited pto' was a benefit as long as you had a team with enough people

Cons

Most of the support agents are insanely unproductive. If you tried even a moderate amount you'd solve like 5x as many tickets as other agents CEO was basically delusional during town halls and went on ridiculous rants.

Pros

At the time, I was remote.

Cons

Refused to consider STD or temp department transfer. The Pay. The management team (depending on the person) may be against you if you are informative and ambitious. Took away the company's Unlimited PTO. No Stock options or a way to become vested. Also, took away their Grubhub perk.

Pros

Culture and lower level managers are pretty good.

Cons

It’s a private equity tech firm so you should know what to expect from leadership
